This course is taught by two trained psychologists and university Assistant Professors. Dr. Daniel McGrath has a PhD in Experimental Psychology and Dr. Yannick Griep has a PhD in Applied and Experimental Psychology.
This course will serve as the starting point for a series of online courses which explore how personality and psychology affect our behavior, how other people behave, and how these factors influence settings such as the workplace.

Dr. Daniel McGrath is a Associate Professor of Psychology in Canada. His background includes obtaining a Masters in Marketing and Consumer Studies and a PhD in Experimental Psychology. He have substantial research expertise in consumer behavior, addictions, personality, cognitive psychology, and general experimental psychology. His research has resulted in over 40 publications in scientific journals. In addition, McGrath also have six years of experience in teaching university undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology. Some of these courses include Introductory Psychology, the Psychology of Addiction, Drugs & Behavior, Personality Psychology, and Health Psychology. Dr. Yannick Griep,is a Assistant Professor of Psychology with a strong interest in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He have a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a PhD in Applied and Experimental Psychology and Griep have substantial expertise in organizational behaviour, managerial psychology, human relation management, and recruitment and selection. His research has resulted in numerous publications in scientific journals and handbooks. In addition to doing research, He also have five years of experience in teaching university undergraduate and graduate students on topics such as Introductory Psychology, Research Methods and Statistics, Organizational Behaviour, Human Behavior and Decision Making, Human Relation Management, and Occupational Health and Well-Being.
